Unauthorized Scooter shops at resident place

Sir,

I am a resident of Bhim Nagar, Gurgaon. Due to Scooter and bike workshops, it is getting hard to live at this place. Though there is a separate Scooter market but people are opening their shops at resident places for which they do not have permission. People can not cross the road because they block the whole road for thier workships.

People are opening hotels without any permission.
