AC Chair Car Ticket
No AC Chair Car Coach in Train no.14315

Dear Sir,

Today (15 th April) I have traivelled by Train no. 14315 from Bareilly to Hapur the PNR NO. of my ticket was 2419644579 I was forced to travell by ordinary class as there was no AC Chair class (C2) attached in the train. Please settle my account by refunding the differance of fair to my account since it's an e ticket.
