Hello,

I have book my air ticket by Air India Express PNR - IX11784844 on 12 April. I have cancel my tickets on 5th April. Cancelation confirmation number - 8QUPGO.

I have send so many times email to customer support & local agency. Till now I am not able to receive any information or refund.

For refund where do we need to contact.

Not getting any response from Air India Express.

I am very much disappointed from Air India Express service.
