I travelled to Vancouver Canada on 8th august. I booked ticket through Air India and flights were AI 121 From Delhi to Frankfurt and then frankfurt to Vancouver it was Lufthansa LH 492.One of my bags bearing Tag no.0098428161 was missing. I lodged complaint with Lufthansa office at Vancouver Airport.
From 8th onwards I am contacting daily but not getting any satisfactory reply. Even after 9 days my bag is still not traced. Neither I got any inf. from airline. Tried to contact Air India helpline in Canada and they asked to contact delhi airport and no. given is not responding. Pl. Help to get my bag.
