Faulty battery in new bike

I received the bike after 4 months of booking & after 35 days of full payment from malad om sai showroom.there was starting problem from the very first day, but the dealers representative said that the battery is new, it will be regular as you use it.i went to service center after 15 days for 1st free servising & there it was detected that the battery is faulty.they have told me that it will be replaced in 2-3 days .i have not received any reply till.i had purchased the bike to save time & energy of my studing children but it was of no use.now i advise everyone not to go for honda.
