I have booked for refil of LPG gas cylinder consumer K 18597 on telephone on 30 Apr 11 and was allotted preliminary booking number 29. I am still to receive my refil LPG cylinder even after 12 days of booking. The dealer does not respond on telephone of the office nor on her mobile. Even SMS and Email sent have neither responded to nor the refil sent. Kindly help us out as the waiting time has been increasing day by day and also device method to take a feedback about the dealer from customers as deterrent to their not bothered attitude
