Money Debited but Tickets not booked

I had booked four Platinum class tickets for The film EEGA Today on july 5Th in Big cinemas in Hyderabad via online. The money has been detected but ticket was not confirmed asking me to try wiTh anoTher debit card when already my debit card has been detected wiTh Rs 320.I need my money to be refunded.

please refund my amount...
