I booked pvr cinemas via C.C.AVENUE Ref. No.223876477, 23874625 amount 600 is gone but ticket is not confirm gate error will be occur, amount does not refund. I am raised query on ICICI Web site service request SR176413975, SR177472547. But service request closed and amount does not refund in my account. Today I am get it ICICIBank SMS
SR177549940: Bill payment processed successfully and forwarded to the biller on 07-05. When will received the amount. Please help me.

Please note that the bill payment processed successfully and forwarded to the biller "C.C.Avenues" on May 7.
We make necessary verifications and observations, when a dispute request is been placed.
We have a specialized team which will make all verifications before judging the release of the dispute. The dispute regarding the amount paid to "C.C. Avenues" is found to be fully paid and is released in favour of the bank.
Hence we will be unable to reverse the amount to your savings account. We request you to please coordinate with the biller in this regard.
