I am Ashish Jain. I booked tickets on 16/06 for rajneethi 11:15 am show on 17/06 at inox magrath road, bangalore. I didnt get the confirmation of tickets but was charged amount of Rs 270. I tried booking twice so a total of Rs 540 was debited from my account. Later I booked the same tickets through bookmyshow.com
my card number is 4214582890007298 in the name of Ashish Jain.
I had asked for refund of Rs. 540. On 23 of June I got a mail stating that the amount would be credited to my account within 10 (ten) days but there was no refund. I requested them again but there was no response from them.
I request you look into the matter and ensure that the amount is credited back to my account.
