Order Not Received Yet

I made the online booking from Bag It Today part of india today group, long time back on 25-05, I made the payment online using my internet payment. I called them up after 1 Month to inquire the status. they said that we dispatch order on 31st May. but i am not received yet, I have the mail from them stating that. like...
