I purchased shoes BATA 871-4277 from Bata, opp Nagrik Showroom, Station Road, Thane. at the month of November but after one month the sole of that shoes was break, i complaint to that shop, then that shop, the incharge told me that he will change the sole, so i gave my such breakable shoe, he replaced the shoe's sole, but after that the shape of that shoe is totally changed its looking odd, and also replace the sole of other company its not Bata's sole,

i told to that shoe shop, the incharge of that shop told me to mail to customer care that you are not satisfied to that service,

Your company is well known top most company and you people provide such services, this is not faire

not expected and not satisfied,

i request you to replace me the shoe
