Strap got detached

I Gunjan Sarna bought a sandal Article no. 5716910 SPRING for Rs399 from one of ur BATA showroom at Metropolitan Mall gurgaon. It was purchased on 09/08.

The strap of the sandal has been detached, I would like to know that now it can be exchanged or repaired?
