I bought a pair of chappal (product code:8749195) from bata stores, near Mulugu road, warangal on 06.11.2010. The soul of chappal detached within 15 days of purchase. i have approached your stores for repair twice and your store people repaired them.
Further, even after repairing twice, i am facing the same problem. now i no more want to repair it, instead i want my pair of chappal to be replaced either with a new pair.
i hope your will not let down your brand value in customer service.
