Substandard shoes

Sir I have purchased a shoe from bata show room at Mumbai during my visit after two three uses the sole of the shoe make Hus Puppies item code /8043-B-7 834-6098 amounting Rs2299/ but none of the bata showroom is listing our complaint. During this process almost 2&1/2 month passed and I have also lost my receipt but the condition of the shoe will speak the truth that the same is not used more then two times
