Pathetic service and response

I placed an order thru their online portal (http://www.bata.in) around 20 days back and till date I have no update

My order no is 10060579 . I tried calling thier help line no (Toll Free (1800-419-2282)) but that is almost impossible to reach and when ever we get thru, they say they will inform the concerned dept. Even today (21/3) it shows invoice generated in the status but dont know when the material will deliver.

WHile online companies like yebhi.com and lenscart deliver in 2-3 days, this is like 20 days and no sign. I dont even know why such incompetent companies enter into e business when they dont have the potential to meet the demands.

No wonder that BATA is at verge of closure.
