I ordered a lot of products at fashionandyou.com. Out of the five items I had ordered, they did not send me one product but charged me 2000 rs for it. Out of the remaining four one had defect, and another was a wrong product all together. I sent the wrong product back through courier service which was recommended by them. Now they are saying they have not received the product so they cannot give me a refund of 2500 rs. So all in all I have lost 4500 rs. I have made numerous calls and sent hundreds of emails, but they don't even respond. Don't ever buy anything from them, they loot you for all you are worth.
