Mr SC Sood resident of Shimla had placed order no OGA090007362 for supply of reebok bag & reebok towel, reebok track suit and reebok shoe. Shoe size nine was supplied. The same was returned, with request for sending shoe size six. Indiabook club informed that shoe size six sent by post. Same returned by Post Office to sender without delivery for unknown reasons. This happened in April Since then a number of tele calls have been made and number of e mails have been sent. There is no response to e mails. Whenever tele call is made a different person speaks and promise is made to send the shoe.
