My name is Anil Pramod Mandal. I ordered a book (Treasures of the world) from india today groups book club (living media).my order number is 420347.they sent a message from living media that my order has been dispatched from Noida on 07/05 through blue dart courier, way bill number 43738535956, reference id no. SG-861923.I am tracking the courier since 09/05, i always got the status of the way bill number does not exit. i called up blue dart Mumbai to get some idea about my courier and they told me that this particular way bill no. does not exist.i checked with blue dart Delhi and they told me to check with the sender.
i am calling living media from 5-6 day and everyday they tell me the same thing that my order has been dispatched from their side, i always remind them that the particular way bill number is still not showing on the internet tracking system of blue dart.they told me that they will trace it and get back to me in 2-3 days but they are not responding to me.blue dart courier takes around 2-3 days to deliver a courier within India.please help me in geting my book as well as my free gifts (shoes and watch) from them.
