Shoes worn out in just two months

My father-in-law purchased puma shoes on 12th july and in just 1 and 1/2 month the velvet on the shoes is worn out. The shoes are purchased frm Matter V.D.C fashions shop no 8 umargaon bldg Dr Ambedkar road parel mumbai 400012. The shoes are amounting Rs.2300/-. Please replace the same. He is having original bill. Please reply
