Sub: Requesting for cancelation of order for Rs 25, 798/- -w/o Order number for this amount.
Ref: order no 880131124 for clothing, shoes Etc;for Rs 3298/- only.
I booked by credit card on 23/6/10 for Rs 3298/-towards clothing, shoes Etc;immidiatly some body clled me and informed as i got randum gift by lottary and company has to send Gold for worth of Rs 40, 000/- and asked me to type my card number.and also informed me as that i need not pay any amount. but for my surprise i received amessage from by banker for a transaction of Rs 3298/- and after some time as a transaction of Rs25, 798 was made at LIVING MEDIA. immidiatly informed to my banker and trying for you on 24/6/10 i got your excutive Mr Neeraj.and informed for cancellation of the amount.he aked me to dial on monday 28/6/10 for conformation .but today only ie on 29/6/10 I got your line and Mr Pavan has advised me to book acomplaint again. since 23/6 we are trying but unable to get your person on line till today.only IVRS was in activation and no person is answaring when call was transferred.
So i requequest you to kindly CANCEL THE AMOUNT OF RS 25, 798 /- AND SEND THE CANCELLATION ORDER FOR MY BANKER AND ME also. The TRASACTION WAS NOT AGREED BY ME ITit is totally false.and your company may loose your good will with these activities.an early cancellation and reply is highly soliciated.
