Cancaellation and refund of product Sub Order Id: 7238240

I made payment for Sub Order Id: 7238240 via my pnb account on dec21.

but i do not want to purchase this product and hence i send a cancellation request via email to both tardus.con and seller email.

but i still do not have recieved any confirmation regarding cancellation and refund of my money . i want my refund asap.. using the same accout details of my payment.
