I bought a black formal shoes from Yepme.com worth Rs 499. The shoe was delivered in around 1 week. I did not wear them initially but later on when I wore them I could hear a strange sound coming from the right pair. I wrote a mail to them for the replacement but haven't heard from them till date. They claim a 30 day refund but that did not happen with me. Please help me.
