My name is pavan Kumar & i purchased a Dir 600 (router) on July 19th. From day one the router is not working. I register a complaint at Dlink customer care I, still haven't received any response from them. I Spoke to Nilesh & he informed me that he will do the needful. He asked me to send an email to his mail Id will scanned bill. But i am surprised even after sending email to him thrice still he is not responding. This is not at all good on the part of the company to make the customer suffer like this.
