I am regular online shopper, my experience with Flipkart was not that great hence i tried Naaptol.com i had ordered a Tablet however the same received in a damaged condition Naaptol requested me to send back the product for replacement or refund. Naaptol team posted me regularly on the progress I received my refund in 12 working days and ordered a new product from Naaptol Xletron Tablet which is awsm. Thanx Naaptol All the best.
