Dear Sir

we purchased a SONY VIO NOTEBOOK From reliance digital last Year 2011 from frist day this was not performed according its configuration. we complain lucknoiw service center custmer care 18001037799 & 01166006600 no one reply proper, only system generated mail forwarded, WE TALK MR PRADEEP & MR VINEET SRIAVTAVA BUT NO RESPONCE plz do as need because customer is full puzzled this defective product & customer care system

in summary we if we go 4 times in your service center in a year with diffrent diffrent issues / part

and already paid lcd amt 14125 in warranty you must understand that whole product will be faulty from those lots .we dont say you should change your terms of warranty .but You must think customer end.we called 01166006600 but no reply

Tell me what we do of this product We have no problem to pay hard disk amt 5425.we think after that if other problems arises like motherboard cost around 11000 then what happen .we r user of other brand also never arise like this problem & hard disk never corroupt in around year

From the begging this product was slow & not ferformed better as to be .for this reason we communicating again, & product is deposite in your customer care center ADITYA INFOSOLUTIONS LUCKNOW yet
