REPLACEMENT OF MOTHER BOARD

I bought a Desk top computer in Aug but there is some problem in Mother Board (LAN). In this regard I lodged a complaint having No. 08C090017 on 8.12.2009. On this an engineer picked up my Mother Board on 14.12.2009 for replacing with new Mother Board withing 7 days. Since, then we are trying to contact again and again with HCL but your employees are not answering properly. Despite giving so many reminders we couldn't receive our New or Old Mother Board. It is requested that kindly take a strict and necessary action in this regard as we are fed up from the poor service of HCL.
