I bought a hcl laptop and a hcl desktop on 31st july from a genuine dealer. i was informed that i have an offer which consist of two Reebok watches, each with a worth of Rs 2599 and 2 Reebok travelbags, each with a worth of 1000Rs. since then i have not received any of the promised offer till now. I have contacted the dealer for several times but there was no response from him. I have tried calling all nos of hcl helpline but there was always no reply like the dealer. I dont know wat the hell made me to purchase HCL laptop. I would not buy a HCL product at any provided cost and i will not recommend anyone to purchase HCL. Im so sorry for you. If nothin is answered from a MNC then???
