Dear Sir,
I had bought a New HCl Home PC on 24th May 09 from their autharized showroom.
But within first week of installation, I faced the problem with respect to internet connection.
Post their service enginire 2 visits, it was informed to me that the mother board is defective.
Since that day I have been chasing HCL seniors, reps. but no one is willing to attend my complaint.
As per their records my calls / complaints stand closed.
Pls help in getting the computer repaired.
