but from its starting day of use it is giving several problems. One costant problem is that laptop's Screen Light gets off & unable to see anything. Is has been repaired for same problem a couple of times by the HCL Service Center, NAGPUR.But this problem doesn't settle down. Within 1 day or 2 days the same problem arises. My warranty period has been lapsed while my laptop was already in HCL Service center for repairing. Now they kept my laptop for 4 months contineuosly, saying that they are repairing it & no charges will be applied, & kept harrashing me to go round & round of service Center. Finally They have returned me my laptop without Repairing & now they are saying that my laptop's warranty is over so we are helpless & you have to pay the Charges for work & replacement. Please tell me what should I do if they sold me a faulty piece which had given me a year long troubles. Please take a necessary action to resolve my problem. I am in a great depression regarding my laptop of worth Rs.43000 paid. What to do next??
