Not returning my warrenty card

I have purchased a HCL LAPTOP around 20th of july. It was under YOUNG INDIA OFFER. In that I was to get gifts worth Rs. 4000/-. But I did not receive any gifts and the registration is in my name but different address.

I have complained many times but there was no response. In december they asked those customers to send there original invoice and warrenty card so that they can solve the problem of gifts. Till now I am unable to get my warrenty card back. Even they are not responding to my mails and call.

please help me.
