HCL ME LEAPTOP

I had purchased HCL me Leaptop -serial no9094AX117705 P41 PDC- from Neptune computers, Kottayam, Kerala on 22 January. The dealer ensured me, that i will get extended warranty (1 2 yrs) if i register my product on their website. I tried to register, but the promotion code NYP120901 is not active;so that i cannot regsiter my product. I had contacted through mail and over phone mentioning the details. They responded that the sale team members will be in touch with me soon. But till this date the company team members didnt contact me to give better service. I PURCHASED THE PRODUCT BECAUSE OF THE THREE YEAR WARRANTY ATTRACTION.ITS UNFAIR TO GIVE SUCH PROMISES TO CUSTOMERS.
