Our organization purchased more then 200 MiLeap Laptops from HCL during 2008. Even after understaing our requirement and needs they sold us these machines which are not able to cater to our requirement to even 25%. All the machines are still under Warranty with HCL. However the Hardware and Part Replcement support from HCL is extremely poor. People like Regional Support Head in HCL do not respond to multiple mails & SMS reminders. They do not pick our phone calls as now they know our numbers. There are few repair and part replacement cases which are pending since May'10. We are sick and tired of HCL and we urge that nobdoy must purchase any products or services of HCL. They are not competitive and they do not have any respect for their customers and their time. The reputation of IT Dept is at stake due to no support from HCL
