I have bought a hp pavilion dv4 2126 tx notebook laptop since in September last and i got my recovery damaged . that time i complained for recovery disc but till now i haven't got that . although i reminded the customer care executives many times during this period but till now i haven't got the recovery disc and now a days I'm having to use a local version of window 7 .the case no. is 4622790106 ..please try to send recovery disc as soon as possible.
