My Laptop is under warranty. It got crashed after 5 month of use, and recovery disc didn.t work as they have provided a faulty Recovery Manager (its proved, as a patch was released on its website), but it only allows the recovery disc to be created only once.

Some fault occurred in my boot loader, and then i cant boot from Recovery partion. Recovery Disc also didnt work, I immediately contacted HP customer care, they told its not in the stock, it will be within 2 weeks and asked me to contact after two weeks. Whenever I contact them they always tell me to contact after 2 weeks from past 2 1/2 months. Soon my warranty will be over within 4 months and then they will deny to provide service. So Pls take Severe action against them for following

1. Providing Faulty Software for Recovery

2. Not Providing Recovery Disc as is should be shipped, as other companies ie DELL and all provide them

3. For not providing adequete facility.

4. I am not able to use the softwares and OS for which i paid them.

Please take strignent measures against HP fo violating consumer rights.
