Non receipt of the claimed gift

I had bought a hp pavilion dv6 1152tx laptop in august.i had sent all my details and i received a mail stating that my claim has been approved. it has been almost 3 months since i had placed my order sending a dd of amount Rs.5, 500/- . my file no is 131809.

kindly act accordingly in this regard and mail me my claim as soon as possible.
