PURCHASED A HP LAPTOP IN MAY COMPLAINED ABOUT EXCESS HEATING IN NOVEMBER VISITED SERVICE CENTRE, GOT BACK LAPTOP WITH DAMAGED MOUSE PAD AND SAME HEATING PROBLEM. MAILED H.P., CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES, THEY PROMISED TO CHANGE THE MOTHER BOARD BUT DID NOT SEND ANY MAIL. THIS MONTH WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED I AM STILL FOLLOWING UP BUT NOW I KNOW THAT THEY ARE FREE TO TAKE ME FOR A RIDE. I HAVE ALL THE CORRESPONDENCE BUT WHAT IS THE USE.
HOW CAN I BRING THEM TO PAY FOR THEIR BAD QUALITY & IGNORENCE TO INDIAN CLIENTS.
