Hi

this is shravan kumar chiluveri. On 2nd march i sent the documents and DD for windows7 dvd. Till now i didnt receive the dvd.when i called the customer care they said the consignment number of

the courier to enquire from bluedart service.when i called them they said it is sent back to delhi.they also said there is no mobile number on the courier and they said my home was locked when they visited it.this is disgusting.

i asked the customer care people to resend it.but they are not doing it.now it is morethan one month. Will i get my dvd?
