Parts not repaired

I have brough my laptop from siliguri 1.5 yrs back n my laptops (winch) are broken... I hav kept lapi in the service centre for 4 months but its still not made... i am fed up seeing the services of HP... they are not able to repair my laptop in 4 months!!!

So I want to request HP for getting my laptop repaired as soon as possible...
