I purchase a laptop from a local retailer of gurgaon in sept on which a gift voucher worth Rs 2000 free for which retailer assured me. For that retailer registered the voucher online with other name with his mail id. Due to multiple registration of other cutomer from his mail id company reject the claim.By this reason i have not received voucher. When i discussed the matter with the retailer, he has not giving any satisfactory answer. He is saying it is not my matter, my work is to sell the laptop. Due to such reason i incurred loss of the voucher.
I have bill of purchase issued by him. Pleaes do the needful in this regard. I shall be very thankful to you for this. The name and address of Retailer is as follow:-
