Not Delivered

I booked order by paying Rs 2449 by Credit Card on 03.10.2010 for a Laptop for child through mobile number 9176692866 and I was assured the delivery of the same within 5 days to My Mathura address-Mahendra Dutt Chaturvedi, 729, Tajpura,

Chhatta Bazar, Mathura-281001.

I highly regret to remind that the Laptop has not been delivered till now. Even a word of delay in delivery has been posted to my mail or phone or mobile. I am worried as I have to go out and it will be dififult to take delivery in my absence.
