Dear sir,
I have purchased a USB pendrive 8 GB from MORE megastore, Manjalpur, Vadodara on 29.08.10 vide challan no. 0310118090. This drive is defective from day one as its knob is loose. I approached the store for rectifying or replacing the drive. The store refused to entertain any complaint and advised to approached Kingston service centre directly, whereas while buying I was assured that for any problem i can approach them. Even its manager Mr. Rizwan refused to make a reference to service centre. This is ridiculuous. if the store has a policy to not to entertain any complaint like any bania shop, it should make it clear at the time of purchase rather than cheating the customers with false claims. Probably MORE is interested in only selling defective products and then washes off its hands when the goods are defective. I hope the mangement of MORE will at least wakeup now and take some corrective action.
