I had purchased the THINKPLUS LENOVO CARE SERVICE from AFORESERVE.COM LTD. the laptop is still in warranty but they (aforeserve.com ltd.) are not taking my complaint regarding the CD-ROM of my laptop which is not working. i also try to contact lenovo customer care but no one is receiving my phone calls.the details of my computer is given below:
