Loss of Consignment ET 177476774-IN sent on December 7 from T. Nagar Post office Chennai, has not delivered to me till date. Which contained IBM R 51 laptop, Pasmina shawl, Nokya mobile hand set and two chargers.
This is to bring to your kind attention that the consignment which was sent on December 7 from Chennai T Nagar Post office the booking number barring ET 177476774 has not been delivered to me till date. I had made complaint at Malviya Nagar Post office on December 13 informing the same; again I made my complaint at your Centre on December 14. On December 14 I was told that the consignment was delivered to Malviya Nagar Post office with bag number BD 0001604879 and consignment number ED 570869477 IN. On same day I was at your centre from 12 noon to 4pm to get the details of delivery at MN post office. MS. Ruchika who attended to my complaint asked me to visit MN post office check with them why it has not delivered.
Since November 15 to till date I am running from MN post office, Nehru Place post office to your speed post centre, I made several call to check with MS. Malti and MS Pushpa as well, finally on December 26 I was managed to speck to Ruchika she promised that she will forward my complaint to regional manage. Thereafter I am not got any feedback from the speed post of lost or theft of the my consignment containg Laptop, Pashminaya Shawl and mobile hand set.
