I have purchased a Moserbaer pendrive of 4GB. After 2-3 months it stops working. For this I go to Neotric Informatique ltd., Nehru place for its replacement and I deposit pendrive at them on 03-Sep. At the time to depositing they said that it will take a week to replace it. After a week I ask them to give me replacement then they said that they didnt have any right now..So they gave me another 10-15 days time. Now its more than two months. Please suggest me what to do. Should I go to Consumer Court. Please tell me Consumer Courts address, Website etc.as I am from Delhi.
