Sir,

I was purchase 2 blank DVD's from Sachdeva Book Depot., Krishan Nagar, Delhi. some day before. When I use that DVD, s in home they are not paly/work. I was go back to the shop keeper immediately but he says we have no replacement or warrenty

Please look after this matter and solve the problem as soon as possible.
