I had given the above mentioned dvd writer which was less than one year of purchase to your service centre at Nagpur (Near Chhatrapati Nagar Square) on 21/04/09. Whenever I visit the service centre in person I am told that the repair has not been done. The receipt no from the service centre is - INU No CH/5652.
The product serial no is 20281242155. Kindly look into the matter so taht the reapir is done.
