Dear Sir,
I would like to Complain against Naaptol.com as on 20 April i have ordered a Sennheiser CX 215 Blue Street Line hands free, which according to them on 5 of May became out of stock and so my order has been declined... the status of my order on their site has been updated as request for refund, whereas i haven't requested for refund i wanted my ordered product... never the less everything being computerised still neither i have received my refund nor reply to any of my put up query till date.
