Nonfunctioning of product

I purchaged a sony vaio laptop model no. SVE15113ENB, BLACK COLOUR on oct 20 from JAI COMPUTER, jabalpur.

since very first day the touch pad and key board are not working. i complained it to sony customer care center on 1800-103-7799 and followed all the instructions.

but my problem was not resolved. then i went to authorized sony center in jabalpur located at yadav colony (10 km from my residence) and they kept my laptop for two days and called me for three times which troubled me a lot as i m a doctor and i have to leave my clinic for that.

but still my problem is not resolved completely and i am facing many other problems also.

i m help less and thinking to go in consumer court for a solution.

please help me, my details are as such
