Aquaguard filter
Filter untouched for 2 weeks since deposited for repai

Dear Sir,

We sent our aquaguard filter for repair to the Aquaguard Servicing centre on 17.1. complaint no 22.The people at the agency ve not not bothered to even open up the pack and check what is wrong with the filter.despite of repeated enquiry from our side since last 3 days at the agency they ve not opened up the pack.every time they say, electricity was not functional and so mechanic didnt come and open up the filter assembly.i dont find a logic in this excuse.
