Delay and ineffecient service

Dear Sir,

I have applied for a gas cylinder replacement 4 times at doshi brothers. I have personally walked into their office 4 times in the last 10 days to give my gas consumer number and get the gas cylinder replaced. I am unwell for last 20 days and not been attending office, still i was forced to go to this gas distributor office as none of the phones seems to be accessible. Whenever we try the number, the number is busy and when we get the number nobody picks up the line. This has made me go to their office 4 times. All the time, they note down my consumer number in a small chit of paper and say today evening or tomorrow morning the gas would be at my house. This has been going on for a very long time. There is no system where the consumer number is logged in a computer and a log is created and a number is generated for us to keep track as to when we would get the cylinder. Such high level of ineffecieny puts the common man in a real situation of helplessness and agony. Please do look into the matter seriously and take appropriate action against this gas distributor.
